Es llamado "Gacchan" por Tomoyuki y es por ese nick por el que los fans lo llaman.


Yuusuke había planeado todo tipo de cosas para el futuro, tal como ser fotógrafo, ser corredor de fórmula 1, o ser un jugador profesional de baseball. Pero al final, terminó en 12012. Él comenzó sus lecciones de guitarra cuando estaba en la secundaria. Actualmente quiere aprender a tocar el saxofón, pero es demasiado caro según él.
Hablando de fotografía, él ama tomar fotos en su tiempo libre. Algunas de esas fotos fueron usadas para el cover de "Play Dolls" y "Heart". También ha ayudado a ha ayudado componer muchas de las canciones de la banda como Koorogi ~ Koorogi ~, The swim, y [6]Party.
Yuusuke no salía compartir mucho tiempo con Hiroaki en un principio, pero ahora ellos la pasan muy bien y bromean sobre muchas cosas.
En las sesiones de foto sale como  distanciado y serio, pero normalmente es hablador y le gusta jugarle bromas a la gente. Se exhibe con frecuencia en un lugar fresco y tiene un comportamiento varonil.
Él, es la única persona en la banda que posee el grupo sanguíneo A, todos los demás son del tipo B.
El es el que maneja el auto en la banda (algo así como conductor designado ) Una vez, tuvieron un accidente cerca de Nagoya. pero, salvo por el derrame de la comida de Tohru y la pequeña cortadura en el cuello de Tomoyuki, todos salireon ilesos afortunadamente.
Yuusuke tiene muchos apodos. Algunas fans lo llaman Yuu, pero Tomo (Tomoyuki) le dice Gacchan.

He´s called "Gaachan" by Tomoyuki and the fans call him this.
Yuusuke had all kinds of plans for the future, such as becoming a photographer, a Formula 1 racer, or a professional baseball player. But like the others, he ended up in 12012. He started guitar lessons in elementary school. He actually wanted to play the saxophone, but it was too expensive. Speaking of photography, he loves taking pictures in his free time; some of his photos were even used for the covers of "Play Dolls" and "Heart"! 
He also have helped to composing many 12012´s songs. like Koorogi ~ Koorogi ~, The swim, y [6]Party.
He didn't used to get along too well with Hiroaki in the beginning, but now they joke about this a lot.
In Photo´s Sections, he looks like distanced and serious, but he normally is so talker and he like make koer yo people. He is in  a cool site and he have a male behavior.
The only person in the band with blood type A (the others are all B). Apparently he's (or used to) driving the band's van a lot. Once they got into an accident near Nagoya. But apart from Tooru spilling his food and Tomo hurting his neck, they were lucky.
Has many nicknames, some fans call him Yuu, Tomo calls him "Gacchan".
